Basil Garlic Chicken Marsala

  1/4 cup flour

  1 Tbs McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Basil & Garlic Seasoning

  1 lb thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  2 Tbs butter

  3/4 cup sliced mushrooms

  1/2 cup chicken broth

  1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine

Mix flour and Seasoning in shallow dish. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the flour mixture. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with remaining flour mixture.

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the chicken pieces 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining chicken. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Mix broth, wine and reserved flour mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through. Serve with cooked pasta or rice, if desired
