Lemon Rosemary Roast Chicken

  2 tsp Lawry's® Seasoned Salt

  2 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled

  1 tsp Lawry's® Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  4 - 5 lb roasting chicken

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In small bowl, combine Lawry's® Seasoned Salt, rosemary and Lawry's® Lemon Pepper. Rub seasoning mixture under chicken skin, over outside and inside cavity of chicken.

In 13 x 9-inch roasting pan, with or without rack, place chicken breast-side-up. Roast 60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
