Grilled Shrimp Veggie Kabobs

Try these shrimp and fresh vegetable kabobs for an effortless, yet nutritious meal. Or makes 12 appetizer servings for easy entertaining.


  1/3 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce

  1/3 cup mayonnaise

  1 Tbs fresh basil or parsley, chopped

  1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  6 small zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch circles

  3 medium red peppers, cut into 1-inch squares

  1 medium spanish onion, cut into wedges

  12 mushrooms, wiped clean

1. In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, mayonnaise and basil. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, if desired.

2. Alternate shrimp and vegetables on 6-inch long wooden skewers. Brush liberally with sauce. Grill kabobs over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
