Chicken Salad Sliders

Refrigeration Time: 1 hour

Chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, raisins and dried cranberries come together for a delicious chicken salad slider filling.

Ingredients

  1 can (10-ounce) HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained

  1/3 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half

  1/4 cup finely sliced celery

  2 Tbs finely chopped onion

  2 Tbs dried cranberries

  2 Tbs golden raisins

  1/3 cup reduced-fat salad dressing

  2 Tbs sliced natural almonds

  3 leaves lettuce, torn in half

  6 dinner rolls, split

Directions

1. In large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, onion, cranberries, raisins and dressing. Stir until well combined. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

2. Stir almonds into chilled chicken mixture.

3. Place lettuce on bottom of each dinner roll. Top evenly with chicken salad. Cover with dinner roll tops.
